Dear friends and colleagues,
As you are all aware over the last week the COVID19 was declared a pandemic, and now with the provincial state of emergency, it is hard to say what the future will bring.
While BC Surgical Society’s ASM is a small meeting, we are taking a significant step, in line with guidance from public health and the provincial state of emergency, and postponing the meeting to the fall. Further information will be provided as soon as dates are confirmed.
For now we want to ensure that there are processes in place for everything that has already been arranged, including your registration fees and hotel bookings. Please see details below.
We thank you for your continued support to the Society, and look forward to seeing you later in the year once things have hopefully calmed down and the situation stabilizes.
We wish you all the best in the ever more critical roles you now play during this time. Stay safe, and look after each other.
