The BC Surgical Society Annual Spring Meeting is quickly approaching, taking place at the Delta Ocean Pointe Resort in Victoria, BC, from May 9-11, 2024.

STUDENT POLICY

The BCSS encourages the attendance and active participation of all Residents in the Society’s activities. As such, we have the following support available to those Residents who wish to attend the Annual Spring Meeting:

1. Registration for the scientific meeting is complimentary.
2. A complimentary banquet ticket is provided at the event to each Resident.
3. The BCSS will reimburse the equivalent cost of one night’s hotel room ($229 plus applicable taxes) of a standard hotel room at the host hotel: the Delta Ocean Pointe Resort in Victoria, BC. In order to take advantage of this, all residents must sign in to the conference sessions at the Registration Desk each day of the meeting and submit your hotel room receipt within 14 days of the event to admin@bcss.ca. We strongly recommend that Residents share rooms with their colleagues wherever possible, in order to further save, as each Resident is able to be reimbursed for one night’s hotel room.
